Stephanie Hayes has over 15 years of experience in management and operations, the majority of which has been spent managing professional services firms.
Stephanie joined Adams & Miles in 2012 and was promoted to her current role of Chief Operating Officer in 2017. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and is responsible for the creation and implementation of the firm’s 10-year strategic plan. She manages the firm’s day-to-day operations, including internal finance, human resources, and process/workflow management. She leads the firm’s administrative team, and assists with the firm’s overall IT strategy. She is also involved in M&A sourcing, planning and execution.
Originally from California, Stephanie spends most of the Toronto winter asking her colleagues when it will be over.
